In 2020, during the pandemic, my therapist suggested that I develop a Tools and Practices list to manage my chronic stress and extreme overwhelm.
It worked!!
Here is my first Tools and Practices list.
Tools and Practices 2020
Morning meditation - 30 minutes
Inspirational reading (Being happy book)
Reflection
Affirmations *
Deep breathing *
Balance (meditation app)
Set intentions early in the day (mindful of consciousness) *
Accomplish a task a day
Carry crystals everyday
Affirmations 10 minutes
Take breaks. Go outside, do physical activity. Do not overschedule. No more than 2 hours worth of meetings a day.
Do not procrastinate on anything (do diffcult actions immediately. Do not avoid) The thought of pricking the finger is worse than the prick.
